This Privacy Policy explains how Reviu app, MB (“we,” “us”), operating the Visora product, collects, uses, and shares information when you use visorame.com and related services (including help.visorame.com).

Who we are

Information we collect

• Account & quiz data — answers you provide (for example birth details, preferences, email).
• Selfie — if you upload one, used to generate your entertainment reading. Prefer a photo of yourself only.
• Payment data — processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Device & usage data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, and diagnostics.
• Cookies & similar tech — see Cookie section below and our on-site consent banner.

How we use information

• Provide and personalize readings and reports
• Process payments, prevent fraud, and manage subscriptions
• Send transactional email (receipts, access links, billing notices)
• Measure product performance and improve Visora
• Run advertising measurement and remarketing where allowed
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms

Analytics — PostHog

We use PostHog (EU cloud where configured) to understand how people use Visora — for example which quiz steps are completed, errors, and feature usage. PostHog may set cookies or use local storage when you consent to analytics. Data is processed under PostHog’s terms and our configuration (including EU endpoints when enabled).

Advertising — Meta Pixel & Conversions API

When configured, we use Meta (Facebook) Pixel in the browser and Meta Conversions API on our servers to measure ad performance (for example view content, lead, initiate checkout, purchase) and to improve ad delivery. These tools may receive hashed identifiers, event names, and technical data. Processing is subject to Meta’s terms and your cookie / advertising choices where required.

Cookies & similar technologies

We group cookies roughly as:

• Essential — required for security, checkout, and core navigation.
• Analytics — PostHog and similar (only with consent where required).
• Marketing — Meta Pixel and related tags (only with consent where required).

You can manage non-essential cookies via our cookie banner (preferences are stored locally for now). You may also use browser controls to block cookies; some features may stop working.

Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we rely on:

• Contract — to deliver the Service you request
• Legitimate interests — security, improvement, fraud prevention
• Consent — non-essential cookies, certain marketing/analytics
• Legal obligation — tax and accounting records

Sharing

We share data with processors who help us run Visora, including:

• Stripe — payments and customer portal
• PostHog — product analytics
• Meta — advertising measurement (Pixel / CAPI)
• Hosting / email infrastructure providers

We do not sell your personal information as “sell” is commonly understood for cash.

Retention

Quiz and selfie data are kept as needed to provide your reading and support. Billing records are retained as required by law. You may request deletion at hi@visorame.com; we may retain limited records for disputes, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent. Contact hi@visorame.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

International transfers

Your information may be processed in the United States, European Union, or other countries where our providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) when required.

Children

Visora is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this Policy by posting a new version with a revised effective date. Material changes may be highlighted in-product or by email when appropriate.
