These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, Money-Back Policy, and Billing Terms (collectively, the “Terms”), are a legal agreement between you (“you,” “user”) and Reviu app, MB (“we,” “us,” “Company”), the operator of the Visora website and services available at visorame.com (the “Service”).

By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Visora.
Visora provides entertainment face-reading and astrology-inspired experiences, including a short quiz, optional selfie analysis, and personalized report content. As long as you comply with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable right to access and use the Service for non-commercial entertainment.
Visora is not science, medicine, psychology, therapy, legal advice, or a guaranteed prediction of anyone’s future. We do not provide emergency or clinical care. If you think you have a medical or mental-health emergency, contact local emergency services.
You are solely responsible for decisions you make after reading any Visora content. Some outputs may be assisted by software, templates, or AI systems; we do not warrant that any reading is accurate or suitable for a particular purpose.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (COPPA). If we believe you do not meet age requirements, we may suspend access.
You are responsible for the selfie and information you provide. Only upload a photo of yourself (or someone who consented). We may refuse or remove readings that appear abusive, non-consensual, illegal, or unsafe.

Prices are shown on the paywall before checkout. Introductory plans may include 3-day ($1), 1-week ($5.49), or 2-week ($9.99) access. Unless canceled, membership renews at the recurring price displayed (for example $39.99 per month or $59.99 every 3 months). See Billing Terms for the full purchase flow.
Payments are processed by Stripe (and any other processors we designate). You authorize charges to the payment method you provide. We may change prices; material changes to an active renewal will be emailed when required. Cancel before the effective date if you do not agree.
Order confirmation and access instructions are sent to the email you enter at checkout. Keep that email — it is how you reopen My Account.
Cancel renewals via My Account (Stripe customer portal) or by emailing hi@visorame.com at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends. Closing the browser does not cancel billing. Refunds are governed by the Money-Back Policy.
If you are in the EEA or Switzerland, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. That right does not apply when performance begins with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose the right of withdrawal. By completing checkout and receiving immediate access to digital content, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge you lose that withdrawal right, except where content is defective or law requires otherwise.
Visora branding, UI, copy, and report frameworks are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them except as needed to use the Service under these Terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF VISORA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Where arbitration is permitted, disputes may be resolved individually (not as a class action) after you first contact hi@visorame.com. EEA consumers may also use the EU ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where notice or consent is required by law.
